Got it while using the Tumblr bookmarklet on a Flickr photo. FWIW, I asked permission, and Steph granted it. Photo going up on PJ tumblr shortly. Update: here it is!

I think that happens when a Flickr user complains to Tumblr about Tumblr users blogging their photos. Tumblr then puts the Flickr user in a “no-blog” list and won’t allow publishing directly from the user’s stream. (Even if it’s the Flickr user.)
