It’s fast as all hell!

But the number of times I’ve had the 256 GB Crucial SSD in my MacBook Pro replaced?

Twice.

First one died within an hour of installation. The replacement started corrupting data until finally it wouldn’t boot 9 month later. Its replacement is a C300, it’s only a month old, but so far so good. (Knock on non-volatile MLC flash memory.)

If I had to choose all over again, I think I’d wait another year before going SSD.

Just sayin’.
